1. Our items are lovely to look at and wonderful to hold, but if you break it, please consider it sold.
2. If you buy something and try to return it and it is open or unsealed, or you have burned it and don’t like the scent, we can not resell or use it in the store. Singing bowls are all tested before they go out. If you drop your bowl or abuse it and it cracks or weld breaks and it stops singing, it is not returnable. Returns will not be accepted in any of these circumstances.
3. There are no returns on soaps, skin care, personal care or food items.
We are a small business and over the years we have endured a lot of loss from broken products. We try to keep our selling prices reasonable and this is why we have to adopt this policy.
